Making school management simple
CampusNXT is built by educators and technologists who want every school — big or small — to run on modern, affordable software.
Our story
Built with schools, for schools
CampusNXT was started by educators and technologists who saw schools struggling with outdated systems, paper registers and scattered spreadsheets. We set out to build something better: software that fits the way Indian schools really work.
Today CampusNXT covers the full school office — admissions, fees, attendance, exams, payroll, transport and communication — along with a parent app and school websites. Every feature has grown out of conversations with principals, accountants, teachers and parents.
We're based in Mancherial, Telangana, and we stay close to the schools we serve: when you call us, you talk to the people who build the product.
Our mission
To give every school simple, reliable and affordable software, so teachers and administrators spend less time on paperwork and more time on students.
Our vision
A connected school community where management, staff and parents share the same accurate information — instantly, on any device.
