1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@CampusNXT.com
- Service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months of service
2. Refund Policy
- Annual Plans: Full refund within 15 days of purchase if no substantial usage
- Monthly Plans: No refunds after service activation
- Implementation Fees: Non-refundable once work has begun
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development work
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Third-party services
4. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Non-payment of fees
- Abusive behavior towards our staff
